Converge is COWRKS’ ​one-of-a-kind experience ​- offering beautifully designed meeting rooms with the best in office facilities, seamless technology and a range of premium gourmet food and beverages, all at the click of a button.

What are the operating hours for Converge?

Our operating hours are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Monday - Friday).

How many meeting room does Converge have? How many cities is it Present in?

At present, Converge has over 91 meeting rooms spread across 13 centres, in 4 cities- Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi and Mumbai.

Is there a restrication on how many people can be a part of my meeting?

Each meeting room comes with a set seating arrangement. Therefore, we request youto book a meeting room that best fits the number of guests you’re expecting. Additional chairs for guests exceeding the room's capacity will be charged extra.

Is smoking allowed on the Converge premises?

Smoking within COWRKS centres is strictly prohibited. However, there are dedicated smoking zones located throughout most extended campus areas.

What comes as a part of the converge experience?

How do I obtain Wi-Fi access to the COWRKS centres?

Wi-Fi access will be provided to you after signing onto Arrive (our Visitor Management System). The Community Team will assist you with the procedure.

Is parking included with your meeting room booking?

Currently, we do not provide car or bike parking spaces along with meeting room bookings. However, most of our centres are centrally located and have ample paid parking spaces available at close proximity.

How can you access the wireless presentation system in the meeting rooms?

You can access the display in our meeting rooms through the following methods:

  • MirrorOp:
    • Step 1​: Download the MirrorOp app onto your computer or phone, by typing the URL displayed on the left-hand side of the WPS screen.

    • Step 2:​ Input the IP address and Unique Code that are displayed on thetop right of the screen of the WPS screen into the specified fields on the app.

    • Step 3:​ Click on Connect and you’re good to go.

  • HDMI:​ You can also manually plug your HDMI compatible devices into the HDMI ports, if available.

Do Converge meeting rooms have any provisions for differently abled individuals?

Yes, we do! For any such requirements, do reach out to your Community team and they’ll do their very best to accommodate your needs.

How can you book a meeting room with converge?

Creating an account is necessary to book a meeting room with Converge. To create an account, you can visit ​https://convergehere.com/signup​ and sign-up.

How are the meeting room charges calculated?

We charge meeting rooms on an hourly basis. One can simply select the meeting room of their choice, pick the date and the number of hours needed, make the payment and the booking’s done.

How far in advance can you book your meeting room?

Meeting rooms can be blocked 1 hour prior to your intended booking time.

Is it possible for you to book multiple meeting rooms in a single booking?

As of now, only one meeting room can be reserved per booking. If you wish to book multiple meeting rooms, you can do so via multiple individual bookings.

Are cancellations allowed? Do you get a refund on cancellation?

Cancellations are not allowed after a booking has been made successfully. Refunds are not permitted.

Is it possible to reschedule a booking?

At present, rescheduling is not possible. However, you can connect with our dedicated Customer Support Team at ​solutions@cowrks.com​

Is it possible to extend the duration of your meeting room booking?

* You can extend the duration of your meeting room booking by making another oneon the Converge website. Alternatively, if you decide to extend your booking at thecentre itself, you may do so by making a cash payment at the Front Desk prior to the extension.

* Rooms are subject to availability.

Is there anything you need to carry before arriving at the centre?

Kindly ensure to carry your PAN Card as mandatory KYC will be done using this government-issued document, before letting anyone enter the premises. To make the overall experience smoother, we recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your booking.

How will you know if your booking is successful or not?

You will receive a booking confirmation email once you've successfully completed the booking process.

What are the payment options available?

Our payment gateway supports Debit/Credit Cards, Online Net Banking, UPI transactions and E-Wallets.

Is it possible to book a meeting room for another person or party using your credentials?

A booking can be made for another person or party using your own login credentials. However, upon arrival, mandatory KYC through PAN card will be done for verification before letting anyone utilise the premises.

Can I have meals while conducting a meeting?

Yes, indeed! You can plan your meal ahead by selecting from our range of premiumgourmet food & beverages while making your meeting room booking.

Note: ​Meals have to be booked 24 hours in advance. They cannot be cancelled ormodified after placing the order.

Can I book meals for my guests?

Absolutely! Simply choose from our extensive range of premium gourmet food & beverages and place your order for the number of guests attending your meeting.

Wondering who prepares our meals?

All our meals are prepared by a carefully-chosen eternal vendor. In case you have special dietary needs or instructions, kindly ensure to state them while placing your meal order.

How many people can your event spaces accommodate?

Most of our event spaces can accommodate anywhere between 30 - 400 people, basis the location and the centre. To find out the exact numbers, please fill the query form and someone from our team will reach out to you with the relevant information.

What are the specifications of the Audio/Video and Tech setup?

All our event spaces come with a state-of-the-art projector and projector screen, ClickShare system for wireless presentation and thunderbolt converter adaptors. Microphones vary between 3 - 5, from centre to centre.

Are F&B (Food & Beverage) options available throughout the day?

All our meals are prepared by a carefully-chosen eternal vendor. In case you have special dietary needs or instructions, kindly ensure to state them while placing your meal order.

Is it mandatory to choose F&B options from COWRKS?

It is not mandatory to choose F&B options from COWRKS. However, we highly recommend you check out our range of premium gourmet food & beverages before making the final decision.

Will serving dishes and other cutlery be provided by COWRKS?

Yes, COWRKS is equipped to provide cutlery and serving dishes.

Is parking available for all the event attendees?

Currently, we do not provide car or bike parking spaces for event attendees. However, most of our centres are centrally located and have ample paid parking spaces available at close proximity.

Can COWRKS provide LED backdrops, elevated stage, videography/photography and other production support for events?

We have tie-ups with multiple event partners who can provide support with production setup requirements.

What is the general speed of the internet at COWRKS?

Our primary internet connection runs at 155mbps, while our secondary internet connection has the capacity to run at 100mbps.

Do we have provisions for creating a separate SSID for our events?

Yes, we do have provisions for creating separate SSID's for events that require better Wi-Fi support. For assistance, an IT engineer will be present at the venue during the event.

Do we get a refund if the event space is cancelled?

If the event is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, we levy a 20% cancellation charge. If the event is cancelled within the last 48 hours, we levy a 50% cancellation charge. If the event is cancelled within the last 24 hours, 100% cancellation charges apply.

Can COWRKS assist in procuring a liquor license for the event?

Yes, we can. However, we will require prior notice of 3 weeks.

What documents do we require for billing?

In case an individual books a space with us, we would require his/her PAN and Aadhar card details. - In case a registered company books a space with us, we would require their Company PAN, GST certificate, incorporation certificate, billing name and their registered address, along with the contact details of the event SPOC. - In case of internationally registered companies, we would require passport scans of attending foreign nationals, incorporation certificate, billing name and registered address, along with the contact details of the local SPOC and his/her government-issued ID.

What are the payment terms?

With respect to payment, 50% needs to be paid in advance during confirmation and the rest has to be cleared 24 hours prior to the event.

Is there an MOU that needs to be signed?

Yes, we have a standard MOU in place that needs to be signed before the event.

COWRKS India Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at Unit No. C2-P02, Plaza Level, Tower C, The Millenia, Murphy Road, Ulsoor, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560008 (hereinafter referred to as “COWRKS”) is providing to the client (“Client”), physical access to the Meeting Rooms at the COWRKS centre (“Centre”) subject to the client accepting the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”)

(Both, Client and COWRKS are individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”)

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants, and warranties set forth hereinafter, the Parties agree as follows:

Definitions

In this Agreement, in addition to the words and expressions mentioned above, unless there is something in the subject or context inconsistent therewith, the following expressions shall have the following meanings:

"Applicable Law(s) " means statutes, delegated legislation (rules, regulations, bye-laws), notifications, binding orders of governmental authorities, as and to the extent to which the same is applicable to the Parties;

"Material Breach " means breach of Clause 3 (Service) and Clause 5 (Client’s Obligations) pursuant to this Agreement.

"Person " means and includes any company, association or persons, body of individuals, whether incorporated or not;

"Meeting Date " means the date and time on which the Meeting is proposed to be conducted in the Centre.

"Centre " means the location selected by the Client on the Website while booking the Meeting Room.

"Website " means https://instantsolutions.cowrks.com.

Term

This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and shall be valid until the end of day of the Meeting Date for which the Meeting Room has been booked by the Client. (“Term”).

Consideration

The Parties agree that the Client shall pay to COWRKS such amounts as mentioned in the Website against the booking of a Meeting Room and any amenities that may be opted by the Client while making the Meeting Room booking (collectively, the “Fees”) for using the Meeting Room/s, prior to the Meeting Date.

In the event the Client intends to use/avail additional amenities/ services in addition to those the Client has paid by way of Fee, the Client shall make such additional payment to COWRKS as may be applicable.

Client’s Obligations

The Client shall be liable to comply with all “Community Regulations of COWRKS” as may be applicable to the Client. A copy of the communit regulations is available online a www.cowrks.com/tnc.

Neither the Client nor its guests shall, by any act and/or omission, carry out in the Centre any unlawful or illegal activity or any activity that is considered to be in violation of any Applicable Laws or terms of this Agreement or breach of the Community Regulations.

The Client understands that the rights conferred under this Agreement are purely in the nature of a limited authority for the Client to use the Centre in accordance with the terms agreed in this Agreement, and the same does not constitute, amount to or be deemed to be a tenancy, sub-tenancy, or lease. Further, the Client shall not transfer or assign this Agreement to any third party or allow any other party to use the Centre.

The Client shall be solely liable for the security of its information, data, equipment such as laptops etc., which the Client may bring into the Centre. The Client will be obliged to take proper care of the Centre and the equipment provided in the Centre. COWRKS shall in no way be responsible and/or liable for any loss and/or damage to the Client’s data and/or equipment.

The Client shall ensure that all its guests will behave in an orderly manner, keeping with the decorum of the Centre and will not create any nuisance or disturbance to COWRKS or to other members in the Centre.

If the Client chooses to use the IT infrastructure provided by COWRKS, COWRKS shall not guarantee the security of its IT infrastructure (or the internet) or of any information that the Client may transmit over such infrastructure. The Client will be required to take its own security measures as it may feel are appropriate.

In the event the Client and/or its Personnel, or its guests cause damage to the Centre, the Client shall reimburse COWRKS for the loss/damage caused.

The Client hereby agrees that the purpose of use of the Meeting Room is only for conducting meetings. The Client shall not film and/or record using any video recording device, including but not limited to a mobile phone.

The Client shall not disturb the layout of the Meeting Room.

COWRKS Obligations

COWRKS shall provide to the Client, its employees or any authorised representatives physical access to the Centre.

COWRKS does not control and is not responsible for the actions of other members, in the Centre. If any dispute arises between members and the Client or its employees or invitees or guests, COWRKS shall have no responsibility or obligation to participate, mediate or indemnify any party from or against the consequences of such dispute.

Cancelation

Once booked cannot be cancelled and the fee is non-refundable.

Indemnity

Each Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party and its employees, agents and volunteers from any and all claims, actions, losses, damages and/or liability arising out of the other Party’s failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement.

Amendment and Waiver

This Agreement may be amended only by a written agreement executed between the Parties. No provision of this Agreement may be considered waived unless it has been agreed in writing by both the Parties.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between the Parties arising out of the course of this Agreement, the Parties shall endeavour to resolve such dispute by mutual cooperation and consultation.

In the event dispute between the Parties is not resolved through consultation, in such a case the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, shall apply. The Parties shall mutually appoint one arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the Parties. The language of arbitration shall be English. The place of arbitration shall be Bengaluru.

Governing Law

This Agreement will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of India and the Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Bengaluru.

Miscellaneous

"Entire Agreement​:" This Agreement entirely supersedes all prior discussions and agreements entered into by the Parties, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, and this Agreement (together with any annexures, amendments or modifications thereto) contains the sole and entire agreement between the Parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof.

"Severability:" If in any instance any provision of this Agreement shall be determined to be invalid or unenforceable under any law or regulation, such provisions or portions thereof are, to the extent invalid, deemed to be omitted and the remaining provisions hereof shall be given effect in accordance with their terms.

"Counterparts:" This Agreement may be executed in 1 (one) or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which shall together constitute 1 (one) and the same instrument. The Parties may enter into this Agreement by signing any such counterpart.

"Assignment:" The Client shall not assign or transfer any of its rights, benefits or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of COWRKS.

"Confidentiality:" Both Parties agree to keep the terms and content of this Agreement, including the Fees, confidential.

Government Guidelines

Clients booking a meeting room, day pass and / or an event space, if attending in-person, shall along with his / her attendees have to mandatorily evidence the fact that they are double vaccinated, by displaying the vaccine certificate, to the COWRKS’ representative, before entering the COWRKS centre. This is a requirement under law. Entry to a COWRKS premises will be permitted only upon validation by the COWRKS’ representative, of such individual’s double vaccination status, through the vaccine certificate.

Virtual Office Bookings

Member/potential clients could use our Virtual Office product and the underlying Centre address, as a correspondence address. In compliance with the Companies Act 2013 and the Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008, the COWRKS address shall not be used as the registered office address of companies/LLPs or for obtaining any registrations and/or licenses.

For the purposes of clarity, COWRKS will not issue an NOC, to a Virtual Office client, for the purposes of obtaining any registration/license by the client.
